Luke has spent the last decade of his life exploring how to find a space of balance, focus and presence.

Luke has travelled the world to discover different strategies of well-being.  This journey led him to New Zealand where he did a PhD focusing on Mindfulness as a therapeutic intervention.  Luke is currently engaged in further studies towards registration as clinical psychologist and is a consultant coach for Relate and Expert Contributor to the PORT training in Relational Presence.

Luke is our go-to resource to equip individuals with practical skills around stress, depression and anxiety management.

Luke works in a way that is gently and lovingly present to help individuals in distress find their centre and move forward from there.
